Judged: 1 Det. C, The photo you are looking from was in the old MMM site photobucket under the following link http:// img.photobucket .com/albums /v675/ HelenaMurray 3/131_3186.jpg Not sure if it can be accessed at this point. I have a printout in one of my files dated 02/19/2006. Weeper |
Did she know a friend of Rowland's "travel agent" for the Key Air flights?
Which would be interesting because the chemical company is very, very closely associated with Key Air. |
|
Request from the locals -
I would like to see a copy of this "affidavit" . Who locally can go to the courthouse and get it? If the information is not correct about the Londonberry call - what else listed is also not correct. My question is why someone would pick that area to embelish that story. |

Judged: 2 2 2 I thought perhaps Maura might have been headed in that direction to go to the convention or Dartmouth College because the following Monday was the last day to change course, withdraw from courses without penalty. As Maura had her junior and senior year to complete in Nursing, the thought occured maybe she planned to go back into Chemical engineering. Just trying to find out why and what she was doing in Northern New Hampshire, so unexpectantly and without telling anyone. Figuring she spent a total of 3 years in Chemical Engineering at West Point and U of Mass, was wondering if she could graduate in the fall if she switched back to Chemical Engineering. Anyway, while considering this found out about the convention, but cannot find the material now. Whatever it was Bush allocated hugh sums to whatever project it was, not very helpful, however, it seemed possible at the time, that she could have known one of the speakers, presenters, professors, and planned to discuss her plan of entering the Chemical engineering field again. Not making any sense, but I looked up and researched every article in the news pretaining to that week, that was occuring in the area. There was also a political convention going on in Burlington that weekend, I have the pictures from on line from that event. Thought a political rally might be an opportunity for a young person to make some extra bucks, as it was an election year. As always grasping at straws and trying to think outside the box and looking for something that drew her to Northern New Hampshire or Vermont. Perhaps with your vast knowledge how things are connected in the area thought I would throw this your way...sorry lost the details on the convention but will keep looking. Nothing is lost in cyberspace, just buried, or out of date |

Judged: 2 2 What does any of this info about Finneran have to do with Maura Murray, the SBD or anyone else involved or not involved with her disappearance? Peri if you take the time to go back and read the past replies you will find that much of what you are questioning has already been gone over, many many times. IMHO this is what makes it so very confusing as the same stuff that's been studied over and over keeps being brought back up as if it is new, to be gone over and over and over some more. This has come full circle and we are back to the same conversations and scenerios from almost 5 years ago. I just don't understand why some just want to stay fixated on one area and the same couple of people when it has brought absolutely no answers in 5 years. I'm not saying to forget these people or this area but for heavens sake open your minds to new ideas, new scenerios and new people. |

The ChemTech chemical tanker was, in fact, in Wells River Sunday night and Monday morning.
ChemTech, one of the several names of what was Uniroyal Chemical, is closely associated with Loeb Partners. Loeb Partners along with a few other affiliated companies owned the vast majority of stock in Dove Interests, a tiny and obscure real estate company. Dove, in turn, "hired" E. Stewart Jones, Regan's attorney, shortly after Regan pleaded guilty. Both Uniroyal Chemical (part of which is now ChemTech) and Regan are from the Waterbury area. Regan and Rowland are about the same age and possibly went to high school together in Waterbury. Loeb Partners is very closely affiliated with Key Air. Key Air is the company that illegally provided $91,000 of free air travel for Rowland. Most of Rowland's trips on Key Air were arranged by Vinny DeRosa, Rowland's old friend and driver. DeRosa also arranged the gift of the restored Mustang as a birthday present for Rowland, which Rowland received at a Farmington CT country club owned by the Tomasso family, the only other source of bribe money cited in the federal case against Rowland. Rowland was sentenced to one year in federal prison. Is there a connection between this Mustang and Amherst? Key Air, ChemTech, Truckstop.net and several other companies, mostly based in CT are very closely affiliated with each other and with Loeb Partners. One of the other large holders of Dove Interests was Sun Capital (aka Freeze Holdings), the company that purchased (as in took over) Prestley Blake's Friendly Ice Cream. Blake provided, in a spontaneous mood of generosity, 60 percent of the Molly Bish Reward Fund. My guess is that the money could be more accurately described as funneled through Blake. |

Hopefully this doesn't post twice, as the first one seems to have been lost:
There is a law in New Hampshire known as the Right-to-Know Law. It is RSA 91-A. The law specifies the procedure for the public to gain access to public records. Despite the benefits of the law, there are many restrictions on citizens who want to access detailed records of public agencies and municipalities. The following is another example of the limitations of the Right-to-Know Law. If a citizen calls the police for help and the police decide not to respond, if that person then requests a record of the call for assistance, RSA 106-H:14 provides that any "information" or "records" compiled under that section shall not be considered a public record for purposes of the Right-to-Know Law. Towns have used this law to block disclosure of computer dispatch logs recording calls made to the station and the dispatching of units. The Right-to-Know Law also does not apply to a legislative body sitting as a Court such as the recent Senate trial of Chief Justice Brock. See Soltani, et al. v. Hollinsworth, Merrimack Superior Court, Docket No.: 2000-E-240. One would think that such an important aspect of government as an impeachment trial would be open and subject to the Right-to-Know Law. The Legislature has also passed another law which directly limits access to Court proceedings. RSA 506:7 (VI) requires that hearings relating to Powers of Attorney shall be closed unless good cause is shown. RSA 506:7 (VI) creates a presumption in favor of closed hearings and a presumption in favor of keeping records confidential. This presumption conflicts with the holding in Petition of Keene Sentinel, 136 N.H. 121 (1992) and the NH Constitution Part 1, Article 8. This issue presently on appeal to the NH Supreme Court. Bertha Chapman, Administratrix v. Charles G. Douglas, III. Coos County Probate Court, Docket No.: 1998-240. |

The following is from Nevada:
Page 1 MEMORANDUM TO: Sgt. Pete Krall Communications Division, SPD FROM: Thomas F. Riley Senior Assistant City Attorney DATE: April 2, 2008 SUBJECT: Status of Records of 911 Calls to Dispatch and Dispatch Logs as "Public Records"; Costs of Copying; Retention Periods for such Records. The Communications Division inquired several months ago (1) whether records of 911 dispatch calls and dispatch logs that are kept as part of the SPD Communication Division's 911 operations were "public records" under Nevada law,(2) what costs could be charged for reproducing such records, and (3) the length of time the Communications Division should retain records of dispatch calls and dispatch logs. Because the Department now uses digital recording equipment, the 911 calls will be described as "recorded" rather than taped. NRS 239.010(1) provides, in pertinent part: All public books and public records of a governmental entity, the contents of which are not otherwise declared by law to be confidential, must be open at all times during office hours to inspection by any person, and may be fully copied or an abstract or memorandum may be prepared from those public books and public records. Any such copies, abstracts or memoranda may be used to supply the general public with copies, abstracts or memoranda of the records or may be used in any other way to the advantage of the government entity or of the general public. {emphasis added) The foregoing statute broadly declares that all "'public records" which are not declared by law There is a good deal of case law on this in many states and those of us who care about the constitution and the reasons why government needs to be transparent need to send an email to our representatives. I have recently been reading about this and very horrified at how our rights are being trampled. A good read by Judge Napolitano: "A nation of sheep" I highly recommend it. |

thanks for sharing, pal. just wanted to make sure you were saying what I thought you were saying. BTW, NOTHING should be considered self-explanatory on this forum, why you think it is, I don't know. |

Judged: 5 2 2 It "confirms" the "possible"??? Is this supposed to be self-explanatory too? Thanks for entertaining my questions. |

Was stated where? Someone please show actual results of the carpet samples rather then refer to earlier posts as fact. Just asking for proof so I can move onto other possibilities, not saying anyone's wrong or being deceptive, etc.
