Hello all,
It strikes me as rather odd that F.W-n at the Weathered Barn first heard an accelerating car, followed by a thud. Her neighbour J.M-te reportedly saw a car backing up into the snowbank. Now, how could these witness reports be explained? What if the driver of the Saturn came down Bradley Hill Road, stopped at the Rte 112 intersection, accelerated, stopped and backed into the snowbank, facing west in the eastbound lane. Whether it was Maura driving the Saturn or not, it´s somewhat difficult to see the point of possibly staging an accident at this particular place, with several houses nearby. Unless of course it was vital for some reason that the Saturn should be found and its female driver - whether Maura or not - ID´d as being Maura Murray. |
No, absolutely not. By POV I meant privately owned vehicle. |

After reading what is posted below, I think most reasonable people will see that there was reason for John Regan to plead. Alden has said many times that Regan is part of a conspiracy by saying that there was no reason for Regan (and Regan’s attorney) to plead to a charge (on the Saratoga Springs case) that a student in law school could have defended him on. Following is a brief synopsis on what happened to the Saratoga Springs teenager when John Regan attempted to abduct her. Following it, is the link to the info. “Another true story. This was aired on NBC on 29 April 2007. In Saratoga Springs, New York, a high school Senior female track star named Lindsey Ferguson was going to her car in the school parking lot. Adjacent to her car on the driver side was a van. She saw it and thought it was a parent's car. As she opened her car door, the van door slid open and a man exited. He grabbed her around the waist with one arm and attempted to cover her mouth with the other. Miraculously, a teacher named Ray, who just happened to be in the parking lot, saw everything, screamed out to the assailant who jumped back in his van and drove away. Ray, using his cell phone (thank God for cell phones) called the police as he ran after the van, giving the police the license number. He then jumped in his car and followed the van. When the police stopped the van, the assailant claimed he was only making phone calls and all he did was startle the girl, nothing more. Upon inspection, the suspect's van was filled with a tarp, a saw, pre-tied slip knots on a rope, a syringe pre-filled with anti-histamine to knock out the girl and a camera. His name was John "Rocky" Regan who had a history of stalking and abduction. He was, in fact, a predator. http://www.richardking.net/art-pfp03wwy.htm ” ****Below is a website by a woman who was raped by John Regan many many years ago. Read her very long, traumatic story. http://janedoenomore.com/ ****Below is a series of articles done by the Waterbury Observer on John Regan. http://www.waterburyobserver.com/worxcms_publ... If one desires more reading, just google John Regan. He was from Waterbury, Connecticut. (Oh, there was one more KNOWN woman, that Regan worked with, that was raped by him. He was found guilty. That can be found by searching. Probably in the Waterbury Observer.) |

Are those chemicals used in the Mountain Lakes water supply? |
Judged: 1 I can see how one could see the connection. Now how does this crazy rapist and water treatment company have in common? That is the million dollar question ? No actually the million dollar questions is how that relates to the Maura Murray case??? Dawn :-) |

The Mountain Lakes district meeting notes showed it at one time as having had various summons issued against Claude at that address. I don't believe they are still posted on the website but they might be somewhere in the history of the wesbite. |
Judged: 1 1 1 The point being made does NOT concern Regan's actual guilt. Go ahead and assume he was guilty of attempting to abduct the victim. The point is simple. There was never an opportunity for Regan to plead out. Right from the start, the DA publicly and adamantly said that no deal of any kind would be possible. And he stuck to this. Which is about the stupidest thing the DA could possibly have done - unless he had some other reason to believe Regan would plead guilty. Regan was facing about a dozen years in jail for the Saratoga Springs charge. By all accounts, more than one person saw Regan and the student struggling against each other, as if in a fight. The struggle lasted mere seconds, the student was never forced inside Regan's van, and no further attempt to attack or abduct the student occurred after she either broke free or at least after she and Regan separated. EXACTLY what the witnesses observed was an altercation - a fight - but definitely not an abduction in progress. Again, I'm not saying Regan did not intend to abduct the student.(In fact, I think he probably did intend to abduct her.) But in any other case like this, a defendant with Regan's resources and defense would have gone to trial. The question, as always, goes to intent. Did any of the witnesses KNOW Regan's intention? No, they did not. Do the items found in the van SUGGEST intent? Maybe, but they are easily argued away. There is really only one reason someone in Regan's position would have pleaded guilty. To keep his mouth shut. You do not hire an attorney like E. Stewart Jones in order to plead guilty. Same goes for hiring Hubie Santos. The two other cases in Connecticut are very instructive and require some detailed discussion, but the short version is that Regan had some incentive to plead guilty in the Palumbo case, but still the evidence against him in that case was extremely weak. This thread is not about John Regan and the Saratoga Springs case, but if Maura Murray's disappearance is related to the Saratoga Springs case, then having a known perpetrator may be hugely helpful. It may possibly help explain Maura Murray's disappearance, something LG appears to oppose. |

Good question to ask someone who is responsible for accepting, and presumably loggin in, those deliveries. Virtually all public drinking water is chemically treated. Not sure how public something like "Mountain Lakes water supply" would be. But easy questions to answer here. |

I'm going to wait for Mason to reply and asnwer if him pleading guilty with a top attorney - means paid off etc..
Lets say have him reply to this one - if the post get to long we will move to PM on other site. K. I would like a legal view point on this. The PERP obviously likes young girls who run. SICKO. Throw away the keys please. |

We're not talking Ted Bundy here. This is absolutely, positively not about one abductor. |

Its the one and only water supply for Mountain Lakes--the area directly adjacent to where the Saturn was found. |
Judged: 1 1 Here's a chance for a little progress. Maybe. Hopefully. See if a delivery to the Mountain Lakes water supply was made by a tanker last Monday. This would be hugely helpful. The tanker was parked in the area on Sunday night. I know this for a fact. |
|
Sorry, should have written "Can we see if a delivery to the Mountain Lakes water supply was made..." Can someone in the area check on this? If the delivery is regularly scheduled for Mondays (every Monday, or every two Mondays, or whatever number of Mondays), that would be really helpful to know also. Thank you, thank you, thank you, very, very much!!! |

If carpet samples from the A-frame have been tested, where are the results? If they came up negative, I'd think they're no longer considered part of a criminal investigation and should be available. At least one person here has claimed to be aware of the results. Please share so we can move on.
I'm open to the possibility that the dogs were set off by something like deer blood, menstrual blood, etc., but if this is the case why hasn't this been clearly shown? Fred was obviously drawn to this house at one time, hence the search. Does anyone know if Fred still considers this house suspicious? |

LG: If you're really up on the Regan case then you'll know that Vinny DeRosa used to work with Neal O'Leary. Did you know that?
And did you know who "solved" the Palumbo case after 12 years? And exactly HOW it was solved? And do you know exactly how dirty the Waterbury PD has been for decades? And did you know at what address the restoration work on the Mustang that was given, through the efforts of DeRosa, to Gov. Rowland was done? And are you aware of how this relates to Amherst? |

Hahaha, you are toooo funny. |
